Paint thinner works too.
I have even gone so far as to use paint thinner to remove as much of the grease as possible by hand, then use the Simple Green for the remainder of the stain and for removal of the paint thinner in the washing machine.

Unfortunately, I wore part of the chocolate sauce from the creme brulee trio down the front of my shirt 
but it was soooo good. 
The coolest thing was outside. They have a wave pool fountain.
