It's exactly that. It must have been invented by a dentist because the "cheese" sticks so hard to your teeth that you need professional intervention to get it off.

It's cheezy bread sticks. And they barely melt the cheese. It's the NEPA version of gruel. Max calories with zero concern for taste.
