There are lots of recipes out on the web.I kinda like the accent of citrus with certain foods. Salmon with an orange glaze, little lemon pepper seasoning to seafood.
Come to think of it I can’t really think of any actual animal products that I’ve ever done that had fruit as a part of it.

I've only had it from Hong Kong restaurants in St Mary's or Dynasty in Solomons. Theirs are in a sugary sweet red sauce glaze with crushed peppers and they'll adjust the heat to your liking. I was hooked on that crap once upon a time.Sweet ? My General Tso's is always hot and spicy
