Ok ladies i was born in 1977 so and i rember ALOT Of this stuff. So must have been early 80's to:) I had a birthday cake of Hollie Hobby:) And does anyone rember how to make those barrette with the ribbon on them???

I had some that were braided in the barrett. My mom a friend of hers used to make them and my mom passed away and the freind i no longer know where is.....i saw some at K-mart premade the other day and got to thinking about them....

I actually think I might still have some in a box buried in my basement somewhere. How sad is that? :lol:

I used to skate with mine on. They had long tassles with little beads on the end that would fly around and smack me it the face when I made turns. Ouch!!! :killingme

1. I wore my gauchos with my knee high boots and I was so cool

2. I had the Donnie and Marie doll, to bad I don't still have it because it might be worth something.

3. Yes I loved my Dr. Schols. lol

4. I remember when I got my hair feathered I couldn't stop looking in the mirror. lol

5. I had Shaun Cassidy posters on my wall and even made a scrap book. (How embarrassing is that. lol) I also had my Shaun Cassidy tee-shirt from Ocean City and a red silk jacket that I think he wore.

6. Grease is still my favorite movie. I wanted to be Sandy at the end with all the leather. lol

7. The kids now days have it made they can just burn CD's

8. I love all Judy Blumes books. I also loved her book forever.

9. I was the first one on our street who had a big wheel with a break. lol
