Try Michaelangelos

I used to go to Michaelangelos off of Rte.4 in Huntingtown. It is in a small strip plaza almost near the intersection of Rte. 2 & 4. My hairdresser left, but I enjoyed going there. Try Angela or Michelle, who are the owners.

Hair Solomons has a great massage therapist (I think she is still there). Her name is Denise.

I think they're definitely the best in the northern/mid county area...can't speak to the southern area. Better than Julian's, JB&Friends, Hair Creations, Hair Line, Cutting Edge.

Michaelangelo's is nice as is Harmoni's in St. Leonard.....can't speak for the other people in the salon, but Harmoni does an excellent job....

Forget all the rest - Julien's, on Route 260 in Dunkirk is the very, very best. All the hairdressers are wonderful, but Teresa and Joni are great! They do facials, nails, waxing, etc. And......their prices are very, very reasonable.

My Uncle Stanley is always inventing stuff and trying to come up with something new so he can get rich. One time he worked on making this new candy out of oatmeal, coconut, bread crumbs, and some other stuff. He mixed all that stuff up together and rolled them up into little balls and they were tasty. He got his hair shaved off and rented a costume and went around town trying to sell them candies to the stores. He called them "Ball Snacks" and he didn't sell any. My grandma was so disgusted with his failure and his baldness and his Ball Snacks that she made him sleep in the garage for a week. He nearly shivered his head off because he wasn't used to being bald. He kept all his candy and we ate them Ball Snacks every night for nearly three years. Anyways, he got his hair shaved off at "Cut Cuts" in Hughesville and they did a good job.
