You, too. My dog blew her knee out and had to have it replaced, have a cast and be carried around for a few weeks no stairs, no jumping on the couch, very short walks to build the muscle up. The dogs really seem to be more adaptable than us humans. It's harder on us. I'm so glad she is getting better. Hang in there, you. It's tougher on you than on her.....

I feel for you, and my dog only had one leg out. We have two sets of stairs she was continually running up and down before the surgery. We had baby gates up in three places. When she first had the surgery, I stayed home with her the next day and we had her in a little wooden picket pen we built her in the den downstairs. She whined so much being in there, that I crawled in and took a nap on the floor with her, something I would never do it real life........If it helps, she was 11 when she had her knee replaced and is as good as ever now.

and now has a cast. Doing wonderful. 6 more weeks and Sasha should be good to go they said.
Let me tell ya its getting expensive with the every other day bandage changes. 5K so far and counting. Can't stop now, I luvs her.
