I don't know of anything locally but Reusch International in DC can.

Most banks can exchange foreign currency.... they did some exchanges for me when I came back from Australia...

Depends on the currency. I had about 380 Kuna from Croatia and couldn't get it exchanged anywhere. Nobody would take it. What kind of currency do you have?

Seriously, most any bank/branch will do the exchange. U.S. to foreign can be done if you call them first so the can have the foreign on hand.

I'm guessing Dulles airport will have exchange kiosks for you. Most international airports do.

Keep in mind..I've never been to Dulles..but been to many others...and you could exchange $$$ in many places there. Maybe not the "best" rates...but quick and easy.
