Found Dog Small looks like Rottie

Picked him up running back and forth across Town Creek Drive this morning. He has no collar. I will take him to the vet to be scanned, but hopefully someone is looking for this little guy. He is friendly and jumped right in my arms when I called him. He gets up on his back legs when i hook a leash on him and hugs my hand.

Okay, this is his exact markings, he is about 15-20 pounds and is not a Rottie. I may be too stupid to upload a pic.

Hey sweetheart! No, the vet I took him too said he was some sort of begal mix. He is not neutered, not chipped and no collar.
