I freaking hate those things. All of a sudden I started getting hundreds of them. The rat bastards embed a html page like a photo with the add so it doesn't have actual text. I tried to set my rules wizard to auto delete anything with Viagra, cialis, boner, ####, erection, flaccid tool, pleasure missile and any thing else I can think of but it doesn't work because the subject line say something like "Hey, I was just dropping you a line" then in the body of the email it is a pic of text and not really text.
