The fellas....

Are at Lucky Ones. Mk dropped them off this morning. No news is good news as far as their fiv/leuk tests go. The girl there told him that their faces may be swollen just from being outside fighting, let's hope. Hopefully they'll be back this evening a little lighter and with shots.

Yes, we have a variety of products to de-smell them! Flyers- certainly!
Siamese can be very vocal!

My in-laws had a cat who would say her name... Ming! Funny thing was that they never realized that her meow sounded like *ming* until it was pointed out to them.

when I was in middle school, I called my mom at work one summer day to tell her the neighbor had a baby in the house all alone that was crying. The bedroom windows were up in the neighbors house. My mom came home only to discover the "baby" was the neighbors new siamese cat. :killingme

Even my mother thought it was a baby. The neighbor was grateful for us looking out for the "baby", and I was thankful for that kitty coming to live with the neighbor. I made some killer spending money every time she went away. :kittysittingservice:

I couldn't take the waiting any longer so I called Lucky Ones. The boys are fiv/leuk negative, have been fixed and gotten their shots. :thewave: I didn't want to pester them on the phone since I was already pestering them enough by being impatient but I'll ask them when I pick them up this afternoon if upon inspection if they've have an opinion about their faces. I guess I'll wait to see what they say and then follow with a vet appointment.

Thanks again FF for the trap and all your advice/help. Hopefully I'll be able to get better pictures of them and make fliers soon!

Very cool!

What are the fliers for? To see if anyone is missing them? Or to try to get rid of them?

Either and for help from someone who has experience with feral cats because I think the tabby may be feral (if not he's damn wild!). I posted a classified in hopes of them belonging to someone and have gotten zero responses. There are no signs up on our street. I've asked a neighbor who lives up by the creek where I've seen the siamese going into the woods several times, he's seen him quite a bit around there for a while and believes him to be a stray. If someone claims them and can identify them great. If not, we'll likely keep the siamese mix and try to rehome the tabby.

pixie do you know anyone who owns a barn (the tabby can become a barn cat) and be able to live outdoors where he wants to be I bet). I hope you are able to find the siamese cats owner if not it looks like you got yourself a nice and expensive cat for free.

You know, eventually you may have to stop stealing cats from people :killingme

ps, there are several feral cats in my hood. How many can you steal at a time?? TIA

He's not a full blood siamese. He's got a flatter face, bigger frame and stripes on his tail.

I want to get some advice from someone who's dealt with feral cats. He's ridiculous in the house, hid in the closet or under the bed most of the time and tore up the bathroom nightly.

Neither is good with the litter box. They took a liking to the throw rugs in the bathroom though. :cds: Someone did use it last night though.

I need an intervention. :killingme I didn't want ANY more cats. Matter of fact I kept telling MK that when all our animals croaked we weren't getting any more because they're a PITA.

You're a better person than I am because I refuse to take in any more animals, they are a huge commitment! Once these babies get here I'm hanging a No Vacancy sign on the front door!

They are doing great! I had a check up yesterday & so far everything is exactly as it should be. Once they arrive I'm pretty sure I will be done having kids!
