Fresh Rockfish fillets for dinner

Hubby went out on Saturday, caught a huge rock 42 or 46" I think. Baking one of the fillets tonite with tomatoes, green and red bell peppers, lemon and butter. Cant wait.

Yum. Saw lots of very nice big fish come in Saturday and Sunday.
