mine was chilly towards the end. Once the sun went away, it got downright cold:) But still a good little ride.

What sun? I didn't see it at all. I was a bit over dressed but it was nice.

I should have gone out early this AM.

Larry, you ride that big bike well. I should have let you take the lead. I could tell you wanted to go faster!

Nice riding with you.

Rode 4hrs Friday,

Then 3 hrs today. Wish the Harley place in Hughesville was open. As I rode away dissapointed I passed alot of riders who were riding into the parking lot. Saw alot of bikes parked at cheeseburger in paradise. Time got away from me because I listened to the I-pod, it was all my favorite music. It lookes possible for another run tomorow.

They told us they were going to be closed today..which is why we scrambled to get the new bike out of there yesterday. Short window of good weather ..and all that.

I rode with the CMA Southern Messengers from Hughesville to Pirates Cove in Galesville. Rode on several great twisties but I was surprised how slick the roads were. I am looking forward to going that way again in the spring.

I had to leave as soon as I got back but will DEFINITELY be washing my V Star tomorrow. LOTS of salt residue everywhere. But all in all well worth it to be on 2 wheels again :yahoo:

:roflmao:

All It takes is one guy peeling into his drive throwing snow across the road. Or gravel.

Lemme guess..St. George's Island? That thing has been a joke since the day they installed it. The idea is that when the state has advanced warning of possible coastal flooding, they send somebody down with the flashing light and hang it on the sign.

They have never..not once..managed to get the light hung when we had significant flooding. On the other hand..its been hung quite a few times to flash merrily away over a perfectly dry roadway. :killingme

This one is on Sangates Rd., just before the Evinrude malibox.
