Friday Night Lights

Is going to be cancelled. You know how I know this?? Because I really like it. Every time I find a show that I really like it gets the ax.

Other examples: Boston Public, Joan of Arcadia, the West Wing...

i have not watched an episode of it but it does look like a good show. the problem is a lot of the new shows this season are coming on at the same time as really really good shows. i'll have to try and catch an episode of it.

Friday Night Lights is very good. It's based on a high school football team but more behind the scenes type stuff, the drama involved in small town America where the local high school is the only thing they've got. You don't have to like or understand football at all to enjoy it.

Although I'm still getting used to the way it is filmed, everything is very dark. At first I thought my contrast was messed up and I was trying to fix it, then a commercial came on and I realised it wasn't me.

I just started watching this show off the NBC website during work.

What an f'ing awesome show! Love it.
