This afternoon when my son and I were done doing the necessary Pedro & Jesus outdoor yard work that we have done the last few days he told me to take them and give them to my son at the appropriate time..
It sucks to see your Superman wither away to 105 lbs....

Given what he's been saying in these meetings, I have no reason to believe he won't call for a ban on semi-auto rifles. And I said this long ago this was one of my worries about him; that when the #### hits the fan and he's pressured, he will dump any perceived principles and go left.

The more I listen to him the more I am becoming convinced I won't be voting for him next time around.

Bumpstocks are not firearms. He is saying he will ban bumpstocks by EO. Besides, he can write EOs and it is only through the courts that they get overturned.

I predicted he would do this after one mass shooting on his watch. He made it a little longer than that. He will keep sliding back to his real self as he takes more heat over his supposed support for the second A

Three wheelers we banned from being imported but yet we still see them out and about..

When all my 2A friends were creaming themselves over him getting elected, I told them that he will sell us down the river in exchange for an estate tax repeal in a heartbeat. Everything is up for negotiation if he can just claim some sort of 'victory' in the process. I didn't expect that point to come until he lost his majorities in congress, but I guess we didn't even make it that far.

I didn't see anywhere in the video where he corrected himself. "If you're a gun collector or a gun aficionado, and you want an AR-15, you can certainly buy one, and you should be able to buy one". Well f-you general, I'm not a collector or aficionado and I feel it's an appropriate firearm for my protection and, if that terrible day should ever come, the defense of my country. What this is about to me is... I'm fed up with people telling me what's best for me to protect myself. I'm fed up with people telling me what words I can and can't use. I'm fed up with people that think they know better how to raise my kids. This country has completely lost the meaning of 'liberty' and what it takes to protect it.

I’ll concede some will still exist. Trump is still planning to write an EO to ban bumpstocks. Even if you call it a potato’e

My brother did this with freon, bought several cases of R-12 freon before it was regulated out of existence. Paid less than $10 a case, it goes for about $30 a pound now.

Don't remind me. I worked in the machine shop for a family owned chain of automotive parts stores in the early 80s. We stocked pallet loads of R12...the propane sized tanks..it was cheap as dirt.

If it actually does happen the ban of manufacturering will happen just like magazines with the AWB, they will have months to produce as many as can be produced in that time period. I'm sure if Trump has truly stated this the manufacturer is running 24-7 right now producing 10's of thousands more.. They will always be available to purchase for those that want one.
