Fulton County Democratic Persecution

Can someone who has been following this story more closely than I have explain --

How does this affect the case against Trump? So she has probably lied on the stand and committed enough ethical things to get her booted from the case if not her job, wasted taxpayer money -

Could not someone ELSE just pick up where she left off? Has she done something that permanently closes the case?
You are right, there is nothing to stop another attorney in the Fulton County DA's office from continuing with the case.
If Trump were actually guilty of the charges the case probably would and should continue.

However it does shed a lot of light on the reasons he was charged, IMO he was charged by this woman who cooperated with the Biden-Obama White House in a spurious and racist attempt by this woman to seek fame by going after a former President. A former white President who did nothing in Georgia that Stacey Abrams had not already done.

They co-opted the White House in their scheme, they hand picked a Grand Jury, and they were riding high on the (is fame the right word?) or recognition of their TDS. When you take a shot at the king you had better kill him.

Her personal actions as abhorrent as they are should have no bearing on the case, but her reasons for the case her acceptance of campaign money from the Judge her associations with a White House that is interfering with an election may indeed cause real Judicial authority in Georgia (if there is such a thing) to drop the charges as charges that never should have been brought forward.

Fanni is a Diehard Shill Ideologue or tool for the Biden Administration [ see bits on White House Co;collaboration ]

ANYONE Else will end this charade and drop the case as it is all BS ... using RICO to Prosecute Trump
Frankly - I'm not entirely sure WHAT the Georgia case is all about. Near as I can tell, Trump basically said find the damned votes - not conjure them up out of thin air, which is what I absolutely believe the Dems did, in Atlanta.

If I tell my kid to find his lunch money or his shoes and socks - even though he says he can't - it's not because I want him to go steal a pair. I'm just certain it's there.

Yes Trump expressed in frustration in a phone call with GA Sec of State - find some votes

this call was leaked to the press as Trump telling the GA SOS to make up some votes - as in illegally make up some ballets

The RICO Case Fanni brought has to do with Trump's attempt to expose the voter fraud as Trump's challenge was ILLEGAL and everyone working with Trump - the many lawyers conspired in some illegal actions

like the 1000's of votes added over night, how the voting machines could be hacked - a fact hidden by Ga for 2 yrs - the report finally saw the light of day 6 months ago

Those are rational thoughts and conclusions to a rational mind.

Remember what we're dealing with here.

Democrats.

Fine People Interpretation

Go to the Capitol Interpretation

The thousand more times they "Interpreted" a super secret message within Trumps statement that no one heard, other than a leftist retard.

The judge has the power to (1) keep the case in Fulton Co, (2) move the case to another county or (3) ask the Georgia AG to take over the case.

This RICO case could very likely only be prosecuted in Fulton Co due to the demographics. If the judge selects option 2 or 3, the case is probably dropped.

I've asked the same. Unless now the whole office is tainted by all of this. It would either be another county or the state AG.

🔥 The Fani Willis case took a dramatic turn yesterday after Fox News ran a story headlined, “Judge says Nathan Wade's divorce lawyer must testify on relationship with Fulton Co. DA Fani Willis.

image 6.png

Terrence Bradley is the Atlanta lawyer who used to work at the same law firm with Fani Willis’s specials squeeze and unqualified Trump special prosecutor Nathan Wade. By all accounts, Terrance and Nathan were good friends — for a while. For several years, Terrance advised Nathan on his divorce, which according to Nathan really started in 2015, even though he didn’t file the paperwork until the day after Fani hired him to help get Trump.

Anyway, it’s common knowledge that Nathan and Terrance talked about Nathan’s love life, a lot; face to face, by email, and by text message. But Terrance has so far kept his mouth shut; he and Nathan argued those love-life conversations about Fani Willis must remain attorney-client privileged since they involved the divorce — even though Nathan never paid Terrance a single dollar, they had no contract for legal services, nor did Terrance ever appear in any court or even send a letter to anyone on Nathan’s behalf.

At some point, the two men had a falling out. In one of last week’s hearing’s most dramatic moments, Fani’s lawyer forced Terrance to admit that Nathan fired him over allegations of sexual abuse toward a female staff member. Terrance admitted that was the reason he was fired, but hotly denied the abuse ever occurred. Absent any more detail, one is tempted to imagine the two men shared a competing romantic interest in the female staff member, but Nathan won the day using some pretty underhanded tactics.

I've been hearing that it will stall the trial and so may not be done before the election. The dems are doing everything they can to get him found guilty and in jail before the election. Just another benefit.

Which as I understand it - pretty much stalls it until after he leaves office, unless they decide they want to impeach him AGAIN (although I don't think you can be impeached for something you did before you took office?).
