Where to go? What to do?

Do you go somewhere public or a place a little more intimate?

How about doing an activity like bowling or playing tennis?

If there is a meal involved, does he pay or do you split it?

Surely you jest ...
Chuck E. Cheese's , food and entertainment all in one. :)

J/k Unless of course you're a really outgoing fun loving person.

I myself like the casual late afternoon bowling/movie type thing. Maybe then a lite dinner afterwards somewhere. Who asked pays. Its not an automatic he anymore.

I've had so many guys invite me to go for a run with them. I apreciate a shared hobby and all that..but I don't want to run and get sweaty and purple and no makeup on the first date. This is not a good idea:doh:

:lmao:

Yeah, but War will wear shimmer sparkles... That's makeup.

Usually I like having the first date be something typical like meeting for dinner and if the conversation is good, maybe moving to the bar for some more drinks. Second and third dates can be a little more fun and based off each others hobbies and interests. My new guy is pretty outdoorsy so he took me to Budds Creek track to see a friend race and then picked up food and went and ate by the water. Yesterday, I packed a great picnic and we went fishing. Guys love it when you let them think they're teaching you something. He thinks he was showing me how to fish, I call it...I don't want to bait my own hook

Depends on the guy. When I was Plenty of Fishing and Match.com-ing we met for food, drinks, or a sports activity (in fact it was one of my Match dates who turned me on to golf) - public and low key. My new honey, our first date he came over to my house with food; the second date he came over and cooked dinner for us; we haven't had a third date because two weeks later the second one still isn't over.

That's wonderful. :huggy:
