You think that someone's wifi or yours is/are operating your door? Is your door a very new model that has that capability?

Well, as far as I know, garage doors, unless they are specifically made to use WiFi, dont even operate on the same bands as WiFi. Can you post the model number so I can verify it's WiFi status. I suspect it's not, since most WiFi models have that feature soley for use with a smartphone and a home network, smarthome sort of thing. Which is still pretty rare, actually.
Outside panel wireless? Remotes are the factory ones, right?

Within the 2.4 GHz band, there are various channels. There are smartphone apps that can identify the WiFi signals in your area and which channel they are operating on within 2.4 GHz so you can try to avoid ones that are heavinly used.
