They finally realized the windshield labels made people targets and did away with them.

They scan a 3D barcode on the back of your CAC with a machine. That damn machine slows things down... alot.

But the base has been there forever. Everyone should know which lanes go where. /s

But every time Steny saves the base they redo the traffic patterns and CAC-issue location in his honor!
