Oh i know, but it was brought up (by BeanMachine) how private City Market has become, as an example that they (city market) is not a government entity.
Since it was City Market that through out the Cookie store, now City Market has turned back into a Government Institution.
Just another example of many on here (not pointing at you) talking out both sides their mouth.
Because it is written in the law. Just like why you need handicap stalls in your businesses bathroom or why cockroaches are not allowed. BTW, it is you who allows them to write it in the law unless you vote or do something like run for office to make a difference.
Where in any post, this thread or any other, did I say that? The only thing I said that had anything to do with your posts was to try to answer your question (post #27) with a cut and paste from the city market website. My post (#29) was directed to the latter half of your question as to who the city market is. Perhaps I should have just cut your quote to just that phrase "The article is vague on who/what the City Market is." when responding. In the future I will do that since you seem to read too much into some posts.
If you can point out where I "brought up (by BeanMachine) how private City Market has become, as an example that they (city market) is not a government entity" then please point me to it.
That was my post and question you were responding to, not Nucklesack's
I've been wondering....if rainbows are only for gays what does that make Jessie Jackson and the Rainbow Coalition?
.Merchant Information
Baking cookies, that's what we're known for! Come in and try some. (Unless you're gay of course, check out something better down on Mass Ave. or the Broad Ripple area). We have strong moral and stick to them, probably better off with a business in Kentucky
This is kinda funny. I wonder if the owners of Just Cookies actually posted this themselves. If this website allows people other than the actual vendors to post such information, that's kinda messed up.
Anyway, this information was not there when this incident was first reported. In searching stuff, I had stumbled across this site.
Just Cookies, Indianapolis IN 46204

Lesbian supports you
Guess I'm the weirdo here. I totally support your "right" to refuse service to anyone. I use the word "right" in quotes because we have a Gov. that gets in your business and tramples that right.
I would much rather know where someone stands, even if it is not the same place I'm standing, than to have someone be supportive to my face, then do what they can later to stab me in my back.
It is your business, you built it, made it what it is and if you choose to refuse service to any one or group then it is you that will be rewarded by more business or less business.
It does not affect me.
I am sick and tired of this whole everyone has to love everyone mentality.
Any public institution, land or service should be open to everyone who is a citizen or visiting legally.
Private sector ownership should be allowed to run, thrive or fail by the hand of the owner.
Please be open to your girls, or they may not come to you with their questions. I had strict Catholic parents and look at me....
