Gender & pay issues

My work experiences (Military & DOD contractor) I never saw any pay discrepancies. The military paid you by your rank. Contractor was more variable but we had more women on our contract than men at 1 time. When the contract contracted and people had to be let go, 7 men lost their jobs and not a single woman was let go. Our government counter parts had lots of women in management and upper management.

So now it's election year. I keep hearing about pay inequities. I don't see it. Is this like the tooth fairy & easter bunny?

Hillary is hoping stupid women will vote with their vagina because that's the only chance she has of getting the job her husband had.

What's so hilarious about it is that by voting for the candidate who is saying that you should be paid more at your job, you prove that you really shouldn't worry your pretty head about such things - go tend your home and children and let the menfolk take care of the politics, there, little woman.
