Oh, and I never boiled a single bottle in my daughters infant months. I know they say you are supposed to do this to kill the germs, but does it really help that much?
I did it, oh, maybe twice and thought, forget it! Heck, I felt that they had been sterilized enough after going through the dishwasher!

I almost never ever warmed her bottles either. She was fine with them cold or room temperature. I never had to worry when going out to eat and have the staff heat it to much or to little.

Every year, at my family reunion I see group of relatives (ex-smoker) in a huddle huffing on oxygen tanks in one spot. Another group of relatives huffing away on their cigs downwind from the rest of us. Those of us who are not smoking or huffing the oxygen gets to play volleyball, cook food on the grill, and have a blast time.

My ex-girlfriend asked her doctor why her feet and her hands are numb and cold most of the time. Doctor said, "Do you smoke?" She said yes. Doctor said,"Smoking cuts down on the blood circulation" Doctor asked, "Have you had any migraines?" She said, " how did you know?" DUH!

My ex-date who just turned 31 yrs old got asthma attack and went to see the doctor about the asthma attack thing for the first time. Doctor asked her, "anyone in your family smoke all your life?" She replied, " yes, my Dad, Mom, all my brothers and sisters (nine siblings) except me" Doctor said, "I thought so".

As far as I'm concerned, if a law makes smokers life a little more miserable, that's fine with me. After all, my Social Security/Medicare deposits are being consumed every day by unhealthy smokers, and my Health Insurance premiums are going up every year because people smoke. So if government makes it a little more difficult for you to inflict a slow, painful death on yourself, great! Maybe it will save me a few bucks on health care down the road if a few smokers stop, and don't "tax" our health care system as they grow older...

Now if they can find a way to slow down these people who are eating and drinking themselves to death either by over-indulgence and/or poor education about the foods they consume...

Life is sooo complicated!

That's ridiculous. "They"always say that smoking decreases your life expectancy, so wouldn't that mean that smokers die sooner than non-smokers? Wouldn't that also mean that it's actually non-smokers who are taxing the health care system, since they're the ones still alive at some ripe old age?

And who gets to decide what everyone should eat and not eat? Ya know, there are guys over in China and the Middle East (not to mention Cuba) who would be right on board with ya!
