My GMC Dually is 50 between the wells.when we bught ours it would not fit in the bed of the Chevy Dually, because of the inside wheel wells in the bed. we had to have it delivered. It just barely fits width wise in the enclosed trailer. I drive mine into a 4 ft opening thru a gate panel system, at the store. I have about 3 inches of clearance to make it thru. Hopefully yours is a smaller model. The one I have is a 2003 4 seater club.

I do know that a 4' X 8' sheet of plywood will not fit between the wheel wells of an S-10 or a Ford Ranger.
Ok, I used to carry two Honda three wheelers in the back of my 70 Blazer. Top off, rear seat out. They weren't sitting on their wheels though. More like pointing at the sky. You can do it if you try hard enough.
QUOTE=OldHillcrestGuy;3061067]Ok measured my S10 at the the tailgate it was 51" wide then opened up to 55", at the the wheel wells it dropped to about 40" wide at the hump of the wheels, and the bed was 6ft long.
It might be too long for an S10 type pickup. An EZ GO golf cart took up the entire bed of my Ford F250 long bed.
How are you going to load/unload it? They are not lightweights. My suggestion would be to rent/borrow a landscape trailer with the loading ramp.
Willie: we have a GMC Sierra dually and the golf cart fits on that (we have ramps). I'm just tossing ideas around for if we ever get a motor home (instead of a camper trailer) how we could still have a vehicle to drive and a golf cart once we get to the campground. Thanks for responding. Ginwoman
My small Nissan has a clear width between wheel wells of just a bit over 39 inches and a bed length of about 72 inches. I think most small pickups are within three or four inches of those dimensions. Doesn't sound like a golf cart would fit very well.
