There's their mother over there! Funny, even a fifth grader would know. I got 9/10 I missed the damn signer of the constitution.

I missed the "it's and its". That, and who would have known that CO2 was nobler than I am...heheheh.

10/10!

My son who is in 5th grade came home with this problem on his math test.

There are 2 numbers whose least common multiple is 72 and their greatest common factor is 6. One number is 24. What is the other number?

by the way -- the answer is not 36.

Then he proceeded to ask, "Are you smarter than a 5th grader?" I had to laugh!

My fifth grader took the quiz, and he picked George Washington, but informed me that John Han#### wrote the constitution. He was really ticked when he got 4/10. I just laughed and told him I got the same score.

He is a straight A student and his last score on the SRI was 1446.

UGH! Simple math is fine and I know how to balance my checkbook.

The Positive

I took the quiz again 3 hours later and got a 10/10.

I learned 6 new things today, and retained them in my short term memory!

I got 10/10 but I have to admit I had to use the process of elimination on a couple of them.

The fraction one was weird. The lowest common denomination for 3/4 and 1/2 is 4, so I have no clue as to why they used 8.

I figured 5/4, but that was not a choice. I still went with the wrong one.

I used to know all this stuff. :bawl: The thing is, in the real world I knew back then I would never use it and forgot the "rules".

My kids are on their own. :wench:
