Be careful and make sure they don't cut corners. Had a friend purchase in Arrowhead, his electric bills were running over $400+ in the winter. He had SMECO come out for $99 and do the home inspection to determine what was causing the high electric bill. Turns out, there was a substantial opening in the attic (I think had something to do with the eaves), shy in insulation, and skimped where they could. Homeowner spent several hundreds of dollars to "capture airflow escapes" that could have been prevented if the builder had not been skimping on materials, etc.
