:poorbaby: Maybe you can get a nap here after bit. I've got a busy day ahead of me so I couldn't really sleep in any more than I already did. I gotta start moving furniture around for the carpet cleaners coming this afternoon, then run to Lowes to get some stuff to do a few minor repairs around the hizzzzouse before I list it for sale here soon.
Congratulations! You evoked my 1000th post!

Yeah, it sounds like you have a busy day ahead. Are you buying a new home?

Yes, eventually ... we're moving out of state at the end of the school year, but the house goes on the market here in a little over a week. There are a couple people coming next week for a pre-preview though so maybe I'll be able to avoid having to show it and avoid all that hassle. We'll see. :fingerscrossed:

On top of boy being sick, me feeling a little crappy the abscessed tooth I had in Oct 03 flared up again yesterday. :bawl: the dentist called in a perscription for antibiotics and I am pounding the motrin bottle.

At least he is better.

Damn my luck

We are putting our house up soon also. We are going to wait until the last possible moment though because houses in my hood usually sell in 1-3 weeks. The last house that went on the market in here had a contract in 3 days and went for $2100 over asking price. I hope you have that "Problem".
Good luck on your house sale!!

Good luck. I really have to give CC credit - she has been packing things up like crazy, and she has been doing some major clearing out. Our house sold in July 2004 in 8 1/2 hours. That was from the time it went on the market until the contract was signed and agreed upon. We had 6 contracts and we went with the one that was non-contingent. Houses in St. Mary's County are moving at a much faster rate than those in Charles County, and since I travel often in my job, I see way more "for sale" signs in Charles than I do in St. Mary's. Again good luck. :yay:

And since this is the morning thread, good morning everyone :howdy:

Mornin' RR! And all you fine forumites!

As the saying goes, if you wake up on this side of the dirt, then it's probably a good thing and a reasonable thing to be thankful for!
