Good View Chinese

What I'd like is a decent Indian restaraunt in Calvert/St Marys.

I was not too fond of India Garden. When making vegetable curries it DOES matter how you cut the vegetables. It affects the texture and how the flavors blend.

I like Curry of India in Waldorf, but I'm not in that area very often.

You know Inter Thai has fabulous curry. :yum:

Good View is disgusting. I had their shrimp fried rice there a week ago and it the worst rice I have ever had in my life. It was mushy. They may have put 4 shrimp in the container and it was expensive. I like the buffett place in Leonardtown. I do not like Happy Dragon. There is a young guy there that is always rude and they give smaller portions then they use to.

I like chinese food but there aren't any in my area but Good View. I always pass it up and get stuff when I am in waldorf as it looks so shady and I never hardly see it open. I do know though that over the years I have heard second hand that many people swear by it and say it is great! If you have seen the building and the tiny slit windows you definently wouldn't go for the view!! LOL! Anyone have any opinions on the place? Thanks!

It's carry out only. Bathrooms are disgusting.

Food is good. :howdy:

It's in Smallwood Village behind the CVS.

Don't go after dark back there, was great concept to put a shopping center back there and was really nice when first opened, but now you have apartments from every direction you look. Its too far off the beaten path, alot of nighttime crime, daytime its fine.

Oh yeah, I'm only in Waldorf in daylight to begin with. Had relatives that lived around there (including a CC Deputy) who long since moved out.

We're old PG County folks too-North Forestville/District Heights.
