Morning all, even though it isn't good.
I came into work and got an email from my friends daughter. \
One of my close biking friends died Monday night from heart failure. I am very upset right now. :crying: His wife after hearing the news also went into heart failure and lungs filled with fluid(She already has congestive heart failure and is on meds).
I will be spending most of the weekend down in Richmond with his family and am hoping that I can remain strong for them.
