It's an hours long ferry ride to get you from Ocracoke to affordability if your wallet's like mine.

Bought two properties in Beaufort Cnty. The population is dipping, but properties are affordable, and the Politics is RED. We aer spending 5 weeks of summer living down there...just chilling. Retirement there in 1-2 years. Let's do dinner in Belhaven on the ICW sometime...
