So, the Pixel 5/4a 5g and others (rolling out to older Pixels and others in the future) has a feature where when you call an 800/888 or other toll free number and get placed on hold, it will offer to "Hold for Me". Using it now for the first time to call ABB yet again about connection issues. It went to hold, then when the system asked for things like address and such, it got my attention and shwed me on the screen that I needed to return to the call. Once I did that, it offered to hold again. Now it's displaying text of what on the line, mostly music, and when the "All agents are busy, we appreciate your service repeat comes on, it displays that in text.
