Biden needs to be removed from the Presidency, mainly because he is mentally unfit for the job, but also because of his corruption and lying.
However impeachment is not going to happen. Republicans haven't got the unity in the party to vote for impeachment, and the Democrats do have the unity to deny impeachment even if Biden committed bloody murder in the streets and it was taped doing it.

Do I believe Biden and his family used his position as VP and as President to take bribes and help our foreign enemies? Damn right I do.
Do I believe Obama knew this and was a part of it. Damned right I do. His millions didn't come from peddling a book.
Do I believe that a major part of Congress uses their position to make themselves rich. Damned right they do. You don't spend a Million dollars to get a job that pays $200,000.
Our Government is corrupt. and we are being led by corruption, and imbecility i the White House and there isn't a damned thing we can do about it unless we get an honest election and Donald Trump as President. There isn't another set of balls like his in the whole political theater.

House Republican Uses Democrat’s Own ‘Parental-Rights’ Argument against Her in Debate over Child Gender Transition

“It sounded like [Scanlon] too opposes government replacing parents’ judgment over the decision on transgender procedures for their children,” he added, asking Scanlon whether she concurred.

After remaining silent for several moments, Scanlon was eventually presented a note by one of her aides. She then doubled down, insisting that parents should have control over their kids’ healthcare.

“What I said was that parents have the ultimate right to make decisions concerning appropriate medical care for their children,” the Pennsylvania congresswoman reiterated. However, she disagrees with Republicans over what “appropriate” care constitutes, she said.

“I think we’re in agreement,” McClintock said. “We can take that off the table. Both parties oppose the government making decisions over whether a child will be subjected to transition procedures contrary to the wishes of the parents. Do I understand that correctly?”

“I believe that’s generally the legal standard, yes,” Scanlon said again.

“Ok that’s great!,” McClintock said. “If both parties support a law that forbids performing these transgender procedures on a minor without the full informed consent of the parents, Mr. Chairman, I believe we should advance a bill right away.”

Fight Over New FBI HQ Part of Larger Debate on Draining the Federal Swamp

Some House Republicans want to keep the FBI headquarters at its current location and view the relocation proposal as unwise and wasteful. Others want to downsize, defund or eliminate the Bureau – and not to reward it with a sprawling new headquarters complex – because they believe it has been weaponized against conservatives.

There also is growing support by Republicans to save money and depoliticize U.S. government agencies by decentralizing them and moving most of their personnel out of the “Washington swamp” (the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area) to locations across the U.S.

The FBI’s current headquarters, the J. Edgar Hoover building, has been used by the bureau since 1974. It occupies a city block on Pennsylvania Avenue across the street from the Justice Department and equidistant between the White House and the U.S. Capitol.

FBI leaders have been fighting for a new headquarters building for over two decades because they claim the Hoover building is old and crumbling. They contend that a new and larger headquarters complex in suburban Maryland or Virginia will enhance the bureau’s operations and still be close enough to D.C. for its work with Congress, the White House, and federal agencies and courts.

Mr. Miller was getting Freedom of Religion wrong, because what Marbach said is an act of Freedom of Religion (not to mention Freedom of Expression—the two are not mutually exclusive).

Each person is allowed to believe what he or she wants. The right of belief is absolute, even if the belief is horrible. Your right to speak on matters of faith is nearly absolute—only limited by the same limitations that apply to Freedom of Expression. But what you do when motivated by faith can be limited.

For instance, you can believe your god wants you to sacrifice a bride on her wedding day. You can even say as a general proposition that you should be allowed to do that, and you can do things like advocate for laws that would allow you to do such sacrifices, as long as you don’t cross the line into threats or incitement of violence when pushing for such laws. But if you want to actually do such a sacrifice, the law can rightfully stop you.

GOP Rep Aiming More Fire At Christian Tweet Than Trump Indictment Shows Why Republicans Keep Losing

On Tuesday, freshman Rep. Max Miller from Ohio went on X, formerly known as Twitter, to decry a call for “faith in Jesus Christ alone” as “bigoted.” A post from an Ohio activist apparently set him off.

“There’s no hope for any of us outside of having faith in Jesus Christ alone,” wrote Lizzie Marbach.

Miller, who is Jewish, took offense.

“This is one of the most bigoted tweets I have ever seen,” Miller wrote, demanding Marbach “Delete it,” because she had “gone too far.”

“Religious freedom in the United States applies to every religion,” he added.

It’s quite a comment from a congressman who spoke at the 30-year anniversary of the apparently bigoted Ohio Christian Alliance.

But hours later, even squad member Rep. Ilhan Omar of Minnesota showed herself to be a better ally to Christians than the GOP lawmaker.

Misplaced Priorities

The top priority for Republicans in Congress right now ought to be the nation’s quick descent into banana republic territory. Late Monday, Georgia prosecutors unveiled a new round of indictments against former President Donald Trump, bringing the total charges against the lead candidate for the 2024 GOP White House nomination to 91.

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis charged Trump with 13 additional counts over his objections to the 2020 election — objections like those Democrats have made for decades.

The truncated narrative about Mainor’s party switch is that she changed parties because of the state’s school choice bill in the last session, but the truth is that this summer was part of a long journey that begins with her family’s agricultural roots.

“The very first deal that I said ‘no’ to that the Dems wanted me to say ‘yes’ to was a bill about chicken poop in agriculture,” she told me. “So that was the start of trouble for me. And you know, here we are. Almost four years later, on July 11. I decided to switch parties.”

At the end of the 2023 legislative session in March, Mainor voted for a school choice bill. She was the only Democrat who voted in favor of the legislation, which failed because a number of Republicans inexplicably opposed it. Her support for the bill put a bigger target on her back than she ever had before.

Within days of the vote, Sen. Josh McLaurin (D-14th district) — a mouthy Democrat who hasn’t met a stock lefty talking point he didn’t like — posted a photo on Twitter of a blank check for $1,000 intended for anyone who would challenge the popular Mainor in a primary.

The Paradox of 'Defunding' Federal and Local Law Enforcement

The author further explained that the leftist defund the police movement "is a push to rethink local policing by shrinking budgets or redirecting funds to social services, mental health counseling and affordable housing as alternative ways to address crime."

What she leaves out is the fact that many on the left were also pushing for having fewer police patrolling communities ostensibly to cut down on incidents of police brutality toward black Americans. They promoted this idea despite the fact that polling shows the majority of African Americans wanted the same level of policing in their communities or more.

Republicans and conservatives have good reason to have lost trust in federal agencies like Homeland Security. The agency was recently caught trying to censor right-leaning views on social media platforms. The FBI has done the same while also targeting former President Donald Trump and his allies in politically-motivated investigations. The Bureau has also unfairly gone after pro-life protesters while doing little to address left-wing vandalism of pro-life organizations. These are only a few examples of how these agencies have been weaponized for political purposes.

Is it inconsistent that Republicans have harped on malfeasance committed by federal law enforcement agencies without also highlighting corrupt local policing? Of course it is.

You know what else is inconsistent? Democrats finding a newfound respect for DHS and the FBI while railing against atrocities committed by local law enforcement. The left has been defending these agencies tooth and nail since they started ramping up their efforts against folks on the right.

The reality is that people on both sides of the political spectrum are missing the most glaring point: Law enforcement at all levels of government has problems with rampant corruption. The problem is that politicians and influencers on Team Red and Team Blue seem only to care about tyrannical conduct when they perceive that it only impacts people in their respective camps.

Federal agencies have a history of unjustly targeting folks on the left as they are currently doing to the right. Indeed, leftists have been on the receiving end of federal tyranny even today. Local and state police officers don't only mistreat racial minorities. I've seen many instances in which local governments abuse folks from all backgrounds.

John Kennedy Goes Nuclear On Biden in Scathing Rant

Kennedy began by comparing Biden's constant lecturing of the "injustice of privilege" to being lectured about gun safety by Alec Baldwin.

He then questioned the shady business dealings conducted by Hunter Biden, addressing the significant amount of money the president's son from foreign countries.

"Did the Ukrainian and Chinese companies pick Mr. Hunter Biden because they were impressed with his resume on Zip Recruiter? No. It was his daddy," Kennedy said.

The Republican Senator mocked the White House's frail picture they paint Biden to be, yet he "aggressively enabled" his son's business ventures.

Kennedy condemned the "sleaze" of the Biden family, who is getting away with selling out the U.S. and pocketing millions from foreign leaders. At the same time, Americans suffer from the president's damaging policies.

Sen. JD Vance to force vote on bill banning federal government from reimposing mask mandates

In a Wednesday press release, Vance’s office stated that the senator intends to force a vote Thursday on his “Freedom to Breathe Act,” which would bar the Biden administration from imposing any new “federal mask mandates for domestic air travel, public transit systems, and primary, secondary, and post-secondary schools.”

No more mask mandates for school kids or airline passengers. This week I’ll force a vote on my legislation to ban federal mask mandates. pic.twitter.com/HT5Fg7yai7
— J.D. Vance (@JDVance1) September 6, 2023

The Catholic senator introduced the legislation on Tuesday, calling on Congress to prevent the mandates from returning at least until December 31, 2024. The law would not forbid the reimposition of mask mandates in hospitals or nursing homes.

Speaking to Fox News Digital on Tuesday, Vance pointed out that Americans have already “tried mask mandates,” which have “failed to control the spread of respiratory viruses, violated basic bodily freedom, and set our fellow citizens against one another.”

Jim Jordan to investigate alleged DOJ pressure campaign in Trump documents case

  • Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) has launched an investigation into special counsel Jack Smith over prosecutorial abuse allegations. The probe will focus on claims made by lawyer Stanley Woodward who represents Trump aide Walt Nauta in a classified documents case. Jordan has demanded all documents and communications related to Woodward and Nauta.
  • Originally, Weiss and Hunter Biden had a plea agreement on a gun charge and tax charges, but it fell apart during a hearing. The investigation was ongoing, and there was a possibility of more charges. The new gun indictment is seen as ill-advised and possibly a result of pressure from GOP lawmakers to crack down on Hunter Biden for better optics.
  • Frank Figliuzzi, former assistant director for counterintelligence for the FBI, warns that Russia's involvement in inciting fear and potential threats in the US is very real. He commends Fani Willis for calling out Donald Trump for refusing to denounce violence and silent threats that intimidate potential jurors. Figliuzzi believes that such violence will continue until action is taken.

A letter sent to Smith on Thursday cites media reports about allegations that Jay Bratt, a senior prosecutor involved in the special counsel’s inquiry, used “abusive” tactics. Jordan specifically raised concerns about Bratt allegedly bringing up a judgeship application in an attempt to improperly pressure a lawyer for Trump’s associate and co-defendant Walter Nauta. In addition, the chairman noted that Bratt later filed a motion alleging conflicts of interest involving the same lawyer, Stanley Woodward.

“The Department’s mission is to ensure impartial justice by upholding the rule of law, requiring all Department employees — including Mr. Bratt — to maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct,” Jordan wrote. “Mr. Bratt’s attempt to bully Mr. Nauta in cooperating, first by extorting his attorney and then by alleging a conflict of interest that precludes his attorney from the case, seriously calls into question your team and your ability to remain impartial and uphold the Department’s mission.”

The chairman demanded various documents and records related to Woodward, his representation of Nauta and others, as well as his application to fill a vacancy on the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. A deadline of 5 p.m. on September 21 was given.

Peter Carr, a spokesperson for the special counsel, told The Daily Wire that Smith’s team declined to comment when asked about the letter.

Peter Navarro GOES OFF on ‘SOBs’ who stuck him in ‘leg irons’, says DOJ targeting everyone in Trump White House

He asserted to Bolling that, due to Trump invoking executive privilege, it actually would have been against the law for him to comply with the subpoena.

“As soon as he did that it was not my privilege to waive by law. If I had waived the privilege, I could have been prosecuted for that!” argued Navarro. “And so what I told the prosecution and Congress, ad nauseam, repeatedly, ‘Hey, I’ll be happy to help you out, just go to Donald Trump and ask him to waive the privilege.’ Those SOBs, Eric, they never did. They never picked up the friggin’ phone to call the president. Instead, they stick me in leg irons, handcuffs, stick me with half a million dollars of legal bills and they attack the Constitution.”

Prior to his conviction, former Trump adviser Steve Bannon had also been found guilty of two counts of contempt of Congress for which he had been working to appeal a four-month sentence.

“It’s outrageous what they’re doing to me and everybody I worked with, Eric,” continued Navarro. “Everybody in that friggin’ White House that I went in with on 2017 January is facing massive legal bills and possible prison time because these SOBs want to keep Trump out of the White House. It’s just, it’s just wrong.”

In his own reaction to the conviction, Trump posted to Truth Social, “I can’t believe that these Fascist Monsters have so viciously gone after the great Peter Navarro for defying the totally partisan January 6th Unselect Committee of political Hacks and Thugs, who refused to go after Crazy Nancy Pelosi, and the reasons she and the Mayor of D.C. REJECTED 10,000 soldiers, which would have easily stopped any future security problems. His testimony wouldn’t have mattered, anyway, because the ‘Committee’ QUICKLY and ILLEGALLY DELETED & DESTROYED ALL EVIDENCE & FINDINGS!”

Sen. Josh Hawley Proposes 18% Credit Card Interest Rate Cap

Sen. Josh Hawley will introduce legislation to cap the annual percentage rate of credit cards at 18%, RealClearPolitics is first to report. The average APR, by most estimates, now hovers near the 24% mark.

“Americans are being crushed under the weight of record credit card debt,” Hawley said just weeks after the Federal Reserve Bank of New York reported that national household credit card debt had hit the sobering and historic $1 trillion milestone.

“The government was quick to bail out the banks just this spring,” he continued, referencing the now-liquidated Silicon Valley Bank of California and Signature Bank of New York, “but has ignored working people struggling to get ahead.” Setting rates on credit cards then, the Republican said, would be a “fair” and “common-sense” way to give “the working class a chance.”
