In response to an Internet fraud scheme, the FBI shut down a series of DNS servers in March of this year and replaced them with safe - but temporary - DNS servers. Those temporary servers were to be shut off today, July 9th. If you are unable to browse the Internet today, it may be due to those servers being shut down.

Actually got it twice, the first on had (draft) in the title. That means it was reviewed and approved to send out an e-mail you need internet access to read to tell you what to do if you don't have internet access

It also means that if you can't access the Internet due to the servers being shut down, you're infected!! They should be more concerned about remediation.

I don't have a corporate computer

I didn't mean you specifically, but anyone they sent the email to. It might have contained a statement, "If you cannot get to the Internet you may be infected, please call our Help Desk" or something.
