Government Grant Scam

Got a call from a man with a thick accent telling me that I have won a grant from the government. I told him that the US government does't call people to tell them they are being given money. He says, "The govenment wants to recognize you for paying your taxes"...I sain, " How did the government get my number?" He says, "They have a database!" I hung up the phone. BEWARE OF THESE CON ARTIST!!!
