It's a pretty big place, but you'll find a hole in the fence somewhere. Unless security is better than the border, that is.

Dress warm. 7,000 feet on the South Rim at that time is the year can be downright chilly.

The Grand Canyon belongs to the American people. I give you my permission to go in and see it.

Looks like E. Rim Dr. is the route to see the canyon outside of the Nat. Park.
Maybe I can rent an ass somewhere.

There are plenty of ways & places to see the Grand Canyon. I think there are some things, within the National Park, that are being halted...such as the trip to the bottom. But just seeing the Grand Canyon? Find a tour company (Pink Jeep?) that'll take you out there and I'm sure they're all still running.

Last time we were there in June of 2006, the skywalk was not open yet. I see some progress has been make on the Crazy Horse monument as well.

Grand Canyon rocks, inside or outside the official park.

It was open last year and we went on it, beautiful view. The handler was scared to death cause you can see right through the floor and see doesnt like heights.
