I miss the heat, but not the mess and work.

I kept the mess contained ( tile floor and a giant piece of slate under the stove). Bonus was hauling wood was a good workout.
Also used the ashes for flower beds. Azaleas love ashes.

My woodstove had a scene on it. It was a great conversation piece. Everyone had their own take on the scene. Lots of fun trying to figure it out.
