I love grass fed beef! Here's a list of animal products from farms in St. Mary's County. You can change the search to other counties as well.

And here's a list from eatwild.com but it doesn't show any farms in So. MD.

Serenity Farms in Benedict has grass fed beef and lamb ;-)

I buy my beef from them, along with an assortment of fruits and veggies, saffron rice, granola, eggs, butter, yogurt... the works! Excellent prices and good, quality stuff.

They're closed Mondays and Tuesdays and open at 11 all other days.

Chasey, how is there meat packaged? Is it like the grocery store? Can you just go there and purchase stuff, or do you need to place an order? Thanks!

Their meats are individually packaged. You can purchase it by the pound, or by cow sections (1/4, 1/2, etc.). They do chicken slaughtering on Fridays if you're interested.
