SMCPS has a new policy. If a student is caught filming a fight they will be expelled. They don’t want parent to really know what’s going In their children's schools.
As I said in the thread about this, that should have become policy 15 or 20 years ago. It has nothing to do with not wanting parents to "really know what's going on in their children's schools" (trust me those parents will know within an hour after school lets out because their kids will tell them. Some parents will encourage the behavior "to make the day go by faster") but because those videos just spool things up and it becomes a game of Can You Top This? with the kids.

I saw a report that said it started in the cafeteria. Likely a food fight, probably pre-planned, that escalated into general mayhem.

This guy was seen leaving the school grounds just before the Sheriff's Dept arrived.

It was on their Facebook page.
Why would an alleged "News" site post something to faceplant but leave it off their actual web page? Some of us don't bother with faceplant for many reasons. If it's news, put it in on the news site. Otherwise it's just garbage like pictures of what they are having for dinner.

I ask the same question.
