Greetings from South Padre Island again!

Power with Control
We got all excited and planned on watching it....but it was at Canaveral. :(

Not the launch in FL, just finished watching that, which BTW makes 50 boosters they have landed. But in your neck of the woods is another tank pressure test like the one you felt a few days back. Which hopefully passes.

Here's what you did miss. From nasaspaceflight.com, there is an amazing image. What you are seeing is a time lapse of the whole launch the big curve is first stage, the straighter line above that is the second stage boosting the capsule to a higher orbit where it can unfold it's solar panels to keep the lights on while it catches up to the CSS. The break and wedge shape past the break is the main booster spinning itself using thrusters until it's pointed outward, then firing the engines to cancel it's outward momentum, called the boostback burn. then it goes dark while reentering, firing the engines at the last minute in a "suicide burn" to cancel out it's velocity
