Powerful episode! I think Bailey deserves an award for per performance. Very moving! The look on her face when she was being dragged backwards... her reaction when she realized she couldn't save him...

I'm sure they will do a re-run. If you follow the show at all, this years two-hour finale is a MUST SEE. I could not believe the bodies that were dropping!

) I thought "Somebody's winning an Emmy this year". 
My prediction is that next season Derek will step down. He's been hinting at being very unhappy with his position and I think this will be the last straw.
I liked the episode, even though I had to remind myself to breathe a couple times.
Nobody major died and loose ends were tied up before it was over. I hate cliffhangers. I hope it isn't the end of happy Meredith, though. I was tired of dark-and-twisty Meredith.

I missed that first shot, I was in another room and the DW, burst out with a loud 'Oh My God' came running was too late, but that shot was square in the forehead. She was cutie.
