When it comes to wings, they know what "hot" means. They have four flavors of heat: Hot, X-Hot, XX-Hot, and Insane. Insane requires you to sign a waiver, according to the menu.

Typically when confronted with four hots, I'll pick the second to hottest one and that's typically safe . This time I didn't - I got the X-Hot and they were HOT!!! So hot that I had to wipe the sauce off the wings and about the fourth one in started peeling off the skin. They were really good, though - the sauce was flavorful and not merely paint peeling. And next time I'll know to go with just the Hot.

So if you want really hot wings, not some sissy Tabasco wings, hit up the GIG.

My wife and I ate at "Yo Mommas" in Prince Fredrick this past week. Wings (3rd reactor) were hot enough for me and the half rack of ribs were the best I have had anywhere.

My wife and I ate at "Yo Mommas" in Prince Fredrick this past week. Wings (3rd reactor) were hot enough for me and the half rack of ribs were the best I have had anywhere.

Just read a write up about that place in the paper, sounds good will have to give it a try.

We asked our waitress once to bring out a tiny bit of the insane sauce in a cup for us to try. We took a chip and barely touched it to the sauce and I was dying for about 15 minutes and the beer didn't help, of course.

Met the girls at Gridirin for dinner tonight, my first time there. Really. I've heard good and bad, and considering my atrocious restaurant karma, I expected my experience to be unremarkable, at best. They were packed, and didn't have a table for 6, so we took a 4 top and pulled up a few extra chairs. Considering how busy they were, while I wouldn't say our waitress was attentive, she was there when we needed her, and prompt with anything we needed. I ordered the ribeye, and it came out in a reasonable amount do time, was cooked perfectly, tender, and tasty. We all paid on separate checks, even though it is stated on the menu that they wil not do separate checks on parties of 6 or more. My card was picked up, and returned promptly.

Over all, a good experience. I'll return, but would like to try a different night, when it might not be so noisy and crowded.

Forgot to mention, when the table next to ours emptied, the hostess pulled it over for us.

Sorry, we totally forgot it was "Trivia Night" and would be packed. Glad your meal was good for a change, even though she did bring your steak out as the same time as your salad. I think everyone's meal was good and my cream of crab soup was outstanding.
