question about mpg

hello I got a question what is the difference for gas mileage for a 350 and a 454 I have a sales man trying to tell me there is NO difference HELP???

My Dad has a 96 Chevy duallie with a 454 and gets 7-10mpg depending on what he's doing. I had a 99 Suburban with a 350 and got about 14 mpg.

I don't know about you, but that seems like a pretty big difference. What does this have to do with Guy Motors? :confused:

I bought a 2003 Dodge Ram 3500 from the Guy Motors in Prince Frederick...

It passed inspection and everything....but about 2 weeks after I got it and without a bunch of driving...the brakes were grinding...the rotor had a chunk taken out of it(I drove it like 3 times on the road during the 2 weeks).....

The guy who sold the truck to us in Prince Frederick would do nothing to help us out on it. My dad had to call the owner and it took about 5 phone calls to get him to answer us. We finally called Ronnie in Mechanicsville and he spoke to the owner....he said that they shouldn't have even sold it or passed it on inspection. But they fixed it and they paid for it...but it was a hassle.

But otherwise...they were good and I really like Ronnie and I think he does a great job. I would def reccomend the Guy Motors in Mechanicsville!!! :smile:
