Me and my oldest had ours done about 4 years ago.. if you get it done and don't like it, don't wear any earrings.. I haven't worn one in about 18 months, but can still get one in the hole if I want.. and the earring can still be worn too..

I've had mine done for a little under 8 years I believe. Two in the left side but I let one close up. I say go for it. If you don't like it in the future you can always take it out and let it close up.:yay:
