Has Anyone Recieved Their Ral Settlement Check In The Mail?

So I am confused, because according to the provided on the ralsettlement.com page -- it is not saying anywhere that everyone is getting a settlement check. From what I pulled from the website
"In March and April 2007 the settlement administrator will mail checks to eligible class members who submitted claim forms. "
Therefore, unless you submitted a claim form, you will not be eligible for a settlement check. Furthermore, it is saying that if you had filed with H&R during the tax years of 1992 to 1996 then you would be eligible, pending that you submitted a claim form.

You Had To File Papers To Become A Memeber Of The Class Action Law Suit. The Administrators Have Been Saying For Months Now That They Will Be Mailing Out Checks... Needless To Say I Haven't Recieved Mine And Was Wondering If Anyone Else Has.

I AM NOT 100% SURE AT THE TIME WHAT THEY CHARGED. BUT I DID GET AN EMAIL RESPONSE FROM H&R BLOCK RAL SETTLEMENT THAT SAID THEY WILL BE MAILING OUT CHECKS BY THE END OF APRIL AND FOR EACH YEAR YOU USED THE RAL YOU WILL RECIEVE AROUND $10.00... SO IF YOU USED H&R BOCKS RAL FOR 5 YEARS LOOK FOR A 50.00 CHECK IN THE MAIL.
