I doubt it. Skin does stretch. B's little sister got implants at 18 or 19 way too big for her frame anyway then got pregnant a few years later and they got huge while she was pregnant. She still hasn't lost all her baby weight and her boobs are HUGE on her 4'11" frame. They'd look really good if they were on someone else's body.
