What is the push to get eyebrows clipped in the barber shops these days?

I've been asked almost every time I get a trim over the last few years.

I've had a receding hairline since my 20s and I'm trying to grow them out for a nice come over.

My barber always wants to trim my mustache, I run a #2 over it once a week and maybe at 4-5 weeks I see the barber to cleanup my amish neck beard in the back.
Each time im like mr burk, dont touch the stach.

Not just local, I get the same question when traveling. But, I let them. Last time I tried to trim my eyebrows, I missed. Big time.

I cut my my own hair for decades, got a pair of Wahl clippers. The Mrs. does her own, with my help.
We both like it short, though mine is usually the #3 "comb" and she uses the #10.

Last time I went to a barber was when my dad passed away when we were expecting to celebrate his birthday in February 2010.
Got cleaned up for the funeral.

look, I think nostril hair will make a comeback.


I remember, vividly, back in 1963 reading on the internet that Vic Damone trended on Tick Tock showing that his nostril hair was merged into a profound moustache and it wrapped around like handlebars to his ear hair. Gene Shalet on the Today Show copied the trend but Baba Walters hit him with a typewriter!!!

look, I think nostril hair will make a comeback.

Um, no...I am actually sad that my nose hair grows in as quickly and thick as my facial hair.
I have to trim it back 3 - 4 times a week.

Head hair is definitely getting thin on top.
