"The day He wore my crown" remains utterly incomprehensible to me. Why would He do it? How could God love someone as small and insignificant as me to do what He did? To humble Himself from perfection/a place of perfection to walk and then willingly go to His death for us? For me?
Yet He did!
This is a GREAT LOVE He has for us. Oh my God! Tears of sorrow (in that I played a role in Him choosing the Way of the Cross) and tears of joy that there is a God Who loves me/us so much to be willing to do what He determined to do oh so long ago....
