Good Morning all. What a pretty day outside. Too bad I am trapped at work for some mandatory OT that I don't get paid for. Oh well ,at least I get comped for it. I am looking forward to being off tomorrow sure hope it is a nice day as well. Hope everyone has a great day.

I'd love the recipe...But don't blame ME if you find a horses head in your bed.

1 1/2 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup oil
3/4 cup milk
2/3 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup pureed banana

directions

Blend all ingredients and pour into muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees F for 18-20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
