Cleaned all the drainage ditches, picked up a crap ton of sticks and branches, hauled and stacked five or six loads of wood, used the blower on the driveway (and did my neighbor across the streets driveway, too), turned over the compost pile and , boy, I could sure go for a beer or two.

Have a pork loin that I'm going to roast, primarily because I want french dip sammiches. I prefer the roast pork instead of beef.

Took the loin off the grill about an hour ago, just took a little slice off the end. Perfect. Can't wait for sammiches in a little while.
