Please do, I’ve got a couple of corned beef recipes, but when I make it I go a step further and throw it on the smoker and pastrami it. I make the summer sausage also, but it’s generally just 98% lean hamburger, I don’t know why I keep forgetting I have a meat grinder.Makes like corned beef, only leaner.

I like that last sentence, I’ve been wondering if corned ham really meant a “corned ham” or if it was just a label slapped on. I may end up corning a ham and a venison roast at the same time.
