Hard Drive Docks

Anybody have experience with hard drive docks? I found some on Tiger Direct, but what I need to know is are the SATA compatible with AT and ATA, and are there any that will read an IDE? Believe it or not, I have at least a couple of those lying around, probably with data on them, or games or whatnot. One of them is, I kid you not, a 420MB...Sony, I think (been a while).

TIA

I doubt you'll find a dock compatible with AT but ATA shouldn't be a problem. If your computer has an ISA slot you might be able to find an old 8-bit HDD controller. As for that 420MB it should be ATA. It should work with any modern PATA/IDE dock.

Thanks, all. Good gouge. I don't think I have anything earlier than the old mode 4, so the adapter should work just fine.
