Hardwood Floors

Supper's Ready
I did it at my parent's house years ago when we tore up some old carpet and was surprised to see a nice floor underneath (it had a few stains that were difficult to remove, especially in locations tough to get at).

But I didn't think it was really that tough a job. Hope you don't mind dust (definitely wear cover to breathe), but even if someone else does it you'll have that.
I'd pay the 2k to have it done, but that's only because when we were young, my father would have my two brothers and I redo the living room floor about every 3 years. Sand it and put 3 coats of shellac on it.
Every three years, Vince, marrone a mia! Remind me to tell you my stories about pronoun shifts, a common trait in parents! :lmao:

I'm guessing the trim might be a little old, too? Something about a refinished floor with brand new trim just makes the work worth it. Good luck.
